|Semi-sweet chocolate||2 Ounce|
|Butter/Margarine||2 Tablespoon (At Room Temperature)|
|Peanut butter||2 Tablespoon|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Powdered sugar||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Chopped peanuts||2 Tablespoon|
Melt chocolate; set aside.
In a medium bowl, cream butter or margarine and peanut butter.
Stir in melted chocolate and vanilla.
Add powdered sugar alternately with milk, beating until creamy and smooth.
Sprinkle top of frosted cake with chopped peanuts.
Fills and frosts one 2-layer, 8-or 9-inch cake.
