Coconut Almond Cream Frosting

|Softened butter||6 Tablespoon|
|Canned evaporated milk||6 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Pouring cream/Half-and-half||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|White sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Egg yolks||2 , beaten|
|Desiccated coconut/2/3 cup grated fresh coconut||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Almond flakes||1 Cup (16 tbs), crushed|
1. In a saucepan, combine butter, evaporated milk, cream, sugar, egg yolks and salt.
2. Over low heat cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens smoothly.
3. Add vanilla, coconut and almond flakes.
4. Beat until of consistency for spreading.
