Coconut Almond Cream Frosting

Ingredients
  Softened butter 6 Tablespoon
  Canned evaporated milk 6 Ounce (1 Can)
  Pouring cream/Half-and-half 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  White sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Egg yolks 2 , beaten
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Vanilla 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Desiccated coconut/2/3 cup grated fresh coconut 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Almond flakes 1 Cup (16 tbs), crushed
Directions

1. In a saucepan, combine butter, evaporated milk, cream, sugar, egg yolks and salt.
2. Over low heat cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens smoothly.
3. Add vanilla, coconut and almond flakes.
4. Beat until of consistency for spreading.
