|Butter/Regular margarine||2 Tablespoon|
|Grated orange peel||1 Tablespoon|
|Confectioners sugar||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Orange juice||3 Tablespoon|
In small bowl of electric mixer, combine butter, egg yolks, orange peel, sugar, and 2 tablespoons orange juice.
With mixer at medium speed, beat until frosting is smooth and easy to spread.
If frosting seems too thick to spread, gradually beat in a little more orange juice.
Orange Glaze: Prepare half recipe, adding enough orange juice so glaze can be poured over top of a 10-inch tube cake and run unevenly down sides.Makes enough to frost top and side of a 10-inch
