|Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Soft)|
|Confectioners sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
1) In a bowl, mix the margarine, confectioners sugar and sherry until creamy and fluffy.
2) Use as required to frost cooled cake.
