Quick Fudge Frosting

Ingredients
  Unsweetened chocolate 2 Ounce
  Butter/Regular margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Confectioners sugar 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Light cream/Evaporated milk, undiluted 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vanilla extract/1/2 teaspoon rum extract 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Melt chocolate over hot water.
Remove from heat; let cool.
In medium bowl, combine butter, sugar, salt, and 3 tablespoons hot cream.
With wooden spoon, or portable electric mixer at medium speed, beat until mixture is smooth.
Add chocolate; continue beating until frosting is thick enough to spread.
Add vanilla.
If frosting seems too thick, gradually beat in a little more hot cream.
Makes enough to fill and frost an 8-inch or 9-inch
two-layer cake.
