Dairy Free Lemon Frosting

|Milk free margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), softened|
|Confectionery sugar||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Grated lemon rind||1 Tablespoon|
1) In a bowl, cream the softened margarine.
2) Then add the sugar, water, lemon juice and rind, beat well until the mixture is fluffy.
3) Use the frosting to frost a 9-inch layer cake.
