Choco Cream Frosting
|Semi sweet chocolate pieces||6 Ounce (6 Ounce / 1 Cup, 1 Package)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dairy sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sifted confectioners sugar||2 3⁄4 Cup (44 tbs)|
1) In a bowl over a pan of hot water, melt the chocolate and the butter.
2) Remove the bowl from the hot water; stir in the sour cream, vanilla, and salt.
3) Gently beat in confectioners' sugar until firm enough to spread.
4) Layer evenly on the Chocolate Marble Cake.
5) Serve on a nice dish.
