Choco Cream Frosting

Ingredients
  Semi sweet chocolate pieces 6 Ounce (6 Ounce / 1 Cup, 1 Package)
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dairy sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sifted confectioners sugar 2 3⁄4 Cup (44 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl over a pan of hot water, melt the chocolate and the butter.
2) Remove the bowl from the hot water; stir in the sour cream, vanilla, and salt.
3) Gently beat in confectioners' sugar until firm enough to spread.

FINALIZING
4) Layer evenly on the Chocolate Marble Cake.

SERVING
5) Serve on a nice dish.
