|Egg whites||3 (1/3 Cup, At Room Temperature)|
|Confectioners sugar||1 Pound (1 Package)|
|Cream of tartar||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
In small bowl of electric mixer, combine egg whites, sugar and cream of tartar.
Beat at high speed until icing is stiff enough to hold its shape.
Place a sheet of plastic wrap on icing surface, to keep from drying out.
