Ingredients
  Milk chocolate 120 Gram
  Unsalted butter 125 Milliliter
  Confectioners sugar 750 Milliliter
  Milk 80 Milliliter
  Egg whites 2 (Room Temperature)
  Vanilla extract 3 Milliliter
Directions

MAKING
1) In a double boiler, melt chocolate and butter over low heat.
2) Remove pan from heat and beat in the other ingredients.
3) In a bowl of ice, pour the mixture and beat until the mixture turns creamy.

SERVING
4) Garnish as desired and serve.
