Choco Cream Frosting
|Semi sweet chocolate pieces||6 Ounce (1 Cup, 1 Package)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dairy sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Confectioners sugar||2 3⁄4 Cup (44 tbs), sifted|
1) In a pan heat water and melt chocolate and butter over it.
2) Take off from hot water.
3) Mix sour cream, vanilla, and salt.
4) Gently add confectioners' sugar and beat to get spreading consistency.
5) Spread on Chocolate Marble Cake evenly and serve.
