True Chocolate Frosting
|Unsweetened chocolate square||2 1⁄2 , melted|
|Scalded milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Confectioners sugar||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs), sifted|
1) Take a pan of hot water and melt chocolate, butter and shortening by placing them over it.
2) Add hot milk to a mixture of salt and sugar and dissolve the sugar by stirring.
3) Add vanilla before adding the chocolate mixture and beat to blend properly.
4) Continue beating until thick in consistency.
5) Serve as required.
