|Carob powder||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Honey||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1) Use a blender, to mix all ingredients.
2) Alternately, in a saucepan, mix all ingredients by increasing the water to 1/2 C, and 1 T arrowroot.
3) Place over heat to thicken the mixture.
4) Use the mixture to spread over the cake while hot.
