Pecan Fudge Frosting

Try this delicious and gorgeous looking chocolate fudge frosting for cakes. Throw in your favorite nuts for the extra crunchy feel!
Ingredients
  Chocolate 2 Ounce
  Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Corn syrup 2 Teaspoon
  Pecans 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Mix all ingredients, except nuts, and cook to a soft ball, or 232° F.
Cool, beat until dull in appearance, stir in nuts and spread between the layers and on top of cake and on the sides.
