Cooked Dark Chocolate Frosting

Ingredients
  Granulated sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Chocolate/4 tablespoon cocoa 2 Ounce (2 Squares)
  Milk 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  White syrup 4 Tablespoon
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Mix sugar, milk and syrup in pan and begin cooking with slow heat.
Melt chocolate.
When the cooking mixture begins boiling, stir in melted chocolate.
Cook until it will form a soft ball in cold water.
Remove from heat and cool for about ten minutes.
Add the butter and vanilla and beat until of proper consistency to spread. (If cocoa is used, mix it with the sugar and scald milk before adding the sugar cocoa mixture.)
