Creamy Caramel Frosting

Ingredients
  Firmly packed light brown sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Light corn syrup 2 Tablespoon
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Dash
  Cream 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Place all ingredients in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil, cover, and cook for 3 minutes.
Uncover and cook to 236°F on a candy thermometer, or until a small amount of mixture forms a soft ball when dropped into cold water.
Cool for 5 minutes, then beat until thick.
If too stiff, add a little hot water.
