Quick Cream Cheese Frosting
|Cream cheese||6 Ounce (2 Packages, 3 Ounce Each)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Confectioners sugar||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Almond extract||1 Teaspoon|
Place cream cheese and butter in a 2-quart casserole.
Microwave on LOW (30 percent) for 1-1/2-2 minutes or until softened.
Stir in the sugar and almond extract until well-blended.
Beat mixture until spreading consistency.
Spread on tops of cooled cones.
Garnish with nuts and cherries, or as desired.
