Chocolate Butter Frosting
|Confectioners sugar||1 Pound|
|Unsweetened bakers chocolate square||2 , cooled|
|Vanilla||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Cream butter with salt.
Gradually beat in part of the sugar.
Blend in chocolate.
Alternately add remaining sugar with milk until of spreading consistency, beating after each addition until smooth.
Blend in vanilla and use it for cupcakes or cake.
