7 Minute Frosting

Ingredients
  Egg whites 2
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Cream of tartar/1 tablespoon light corn syrup 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cold water 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Mix all ingredients except vanilla in the top of a double boiler and set over just boiling water.
Beat constantly with rotary or electric beater until stiff peaks form, 4-7 minutes.
Off heat, add vanilla and beat until of good spreading consistency.
