Butterscotch Frosting

Ingredients
  Butterscotch pieces 6 Ounce
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Light cream 1 Tablespoon
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Heavy cream whipped 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Melt butterscotch pieces in top part of double boiler over hot, not boiling, water.
Stir in 2 tablespoons water and remove from heat; cool to lukewarm.
Beat until fluffy the cream cheese, salt, and light cream.
Blend in first mixture and vanilla.
Fold in whipped cream.
