|Instant coffee||2 Tablespoon (Maxwell House / Yuban)|
|Warm water||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Butter/Margarine||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (At Room Temperature)|
|Confectioners sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Unsweetened chocolate||3 Ounce, melted and cooled (3 Squares Baker'S)|
Dissolve instant coffee in water; then add vanilla.
Gradually beat in sugar and continue beating until light and fluffy.
Blend in chocolate and coffee.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating until light and fluffy after each.
