Mocha Frosting

Ingredients
  Instant coffee 2 Tablespoon (Maxwell House / Yuban)
  Warm water 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Butter/Margarine 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (At Room Temperature)
  Confectioners sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Unsweetened chocolate 3 Ounce, melted and cooled (3 Squares Baker'S)
  Eggs 2
Directions

Dissolve instant coffee in water; then add vanilla.
Cream butter.
Gradually beat in sugar and continue beating until light and fluffy.
Blend in chocolate and coffee.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating until light and fluffy after each.
