Chocolate Frosting With Powdered Sugar
|Unsweetened chocolate square||1 Ounce|
|Water||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Sifted powdered sugar||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
1) In a small bowl, place the chocolate and microwave at the HIGH setting for 1 ½ to 2 minutes or till the chocolate has melted.
2) In another small bowl, place the butter. Set the microwave at LOW and heat butter for 40 seconds or till it has softened.
3) Combine all the ingredients together and with an electric mixer, beat thoroughly till the mixture is smooth.
4) Serve and use frosting as and when required.
