Cinnamon Chocolate Frosting

Ingredients
  Semi-sweet chocolate pieces 12 Ounce
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (1/2 Stick)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sifted confectioners sugar 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Ground cinnamon 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Evaporated milk/Top milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, add chocolate and butter or margarine to melt over hot water.
2) Remove from heat and fold in sugar, cinnamon, milk, vanilla and salt into the mixture.
3) Beat thoroughly, until the mixture turns smooth and of spreading consistency.

SERVING
4) Use the mixture to frost a cake.
