Cinnamon Chocolate Frosting
|Semi-sweet chocolate pieces||12 Ounce|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (1/2 Stick)|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sifted confectioners sugar||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Ground cinnamon||3⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Evaporated milk/Top milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1) In a bowl, add chocolate and butter or margarine to melt over hot water.
2) Remove from heat and fold in sugar, cinnamon, milk, vanilla and salt into the mixture.
3) Beat thoroughly, until the mixture turns smooth and of spreading consistency.
4) Use the mixture to frost a cake.
