Easy Butter Frosting
|Butter||60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)|
|Icing sugar||500 Milliliter (2 Cup)|
|Salt||1⁄2 Milliliter (1/8 Cup)|
|Water/Juice, milk or cream||50 Milliliter (3 Tbsp)|
|Vanilla||5 Milliliter (1 Tsp)|
Cream the butter, add 1 cup (250 mL) of the icing sugar gradually, while stirring all the time.
When very creamy start adding the second cup (250 mL) of icing sugar with the salt and alternately with the liquid of your choice.
Add the vanilla and beat, adding a bit of sugar or liquid, if necessary, to have just the proper consistency.
