Chocolate Cheese Frosting
|Package cream cheese||3 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Baking chocolate square||1 Ounce, melted (1 Ounce Per Square)|
|Sifted confectioners sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Cream/Top milk||4 Tablespoon|
1. Mash and beat the cheese until soft and creamy.
2. Stir in the cooled chocolate and gradually add the sugar, beating until smooth; add the salt and the vanilla.
3. Gradually add the cream or top milk, using only enough to make the frosting of proper consistency to spread. Spread on cooled cake. Enough for 2 8-inch layers, or 24 cupcakes.
