Choco Blender Frosting
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Unsweetened chocolate||3 Ounce, cut into pieces|
|Evaporated milk||6 Ounce|
Put sugar in blender container; blend at high speed about 1 minute.
Add chocolate pieces, evaporated milk, and salt.
Blend at high speed till thick enough for spreading consistency, about 3 minutes.
Makes frosting for tops of two 8-inch layers.
For firmer frosting, chill frosted cake.
