Butter Pecan Frosting
|Pecans||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finley chopped|
|Confectioners sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Microwave butter in small mixing bowl at High 1 minute, or until melted.
Stir in pecans.
Microwave at High 2 to 4 minutes, or until browned, stirring after 2 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients.
Beat until smooth and of spreading consistency, adding few drops milk, if necessary.
