Ingredients
  Confectioners sugar 16 Ounce (1 Package)
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), softened (1 Stick)
  Milk/Half and half 6 Tablespoon
  Vanilla extract 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

In large bowl, with mixer at medium-low speed, beat confectioners' sugar, butter, and 3 tablespoons milk until smooth and blended.
Beat in additional milk as needed for easy spreading consistency.
Increase speed to medium-high; beat until light and fluffy.
