Golden Carrot Frosting

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Powdered sugar 3 Cup (48 tbs), sifted
  Cooked carrot 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Orange juice 2 Tablespoon
  Grated orange peel 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Dash
Directions

Beat butter or margarine until soft and gradually beat in powdered sugar alternately with cooked carrot and orange juice.
When smooth and fluffy, stir in grated fresh orange peel and a dash of salt.
