Tropical Butter Frosting
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Powdered sugar||1 Pound, sifted|
|Drained canned crushed pineapple||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sour cream||2 Tablespoon|
|Grated orange peel||2 Teaspoon|
|Flaked coconut||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), chopped|
Beat butter until soft and gradually beat in sugar, pineapple and sour cream alternately until frosting is fluffy and smooth.
Blend in vanilla, salt, orange peel and coconut.
