Easy Chocolate Frosting
|Chocolate square||2 Ounce (2 Squares, 1 Ounce Each)|
|Canned sweetened condensed milk||1 Can (10 oz) (1 Can)|
|Blanched almonds||24 (Use More If Required)|
1. Break the chocolate into small pieces and place with the milk in the top of a double boiler over hot water. Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly, until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is thickened.
2. Add the water and the flavoring. Remove from the heat and let the mixture cool.
3. Spread the frosting on cake and decorate with the almonds. Frosting or icing for 12 cupcakes, or top and sides of 1 8-inch square cake.
