Mint Chocolate Frost

Ingredients
  Cocoa 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Granulated sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Hot water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Mint extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Bottled milk/2 cup evaporated milk and 2 cup water 1 Quart
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Vanilla ice cream 1⁄2 Pint
Directions

Combine cocoa and sugar; add hot water, and stir until well-combined.
Cool.
Add remaining ingrethents, and beat with a hand or electric beater until blended.
Serve in tall glasses with or without additional scoops of ice cream.
