|Thin cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Orange rind||2 Teaspoon, grated|
|Orange juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs), sifted, firmly packed|
Combine first 3 ingredients, add sugar until of a consistency to spread smoothly.
Enough for two 8-inch layers or 20 cup cakes.
