Orange Frosting

Ingredients
  Thin cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Orange rind 2 Teaspoon, grated
  Orange juice 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs), sifted, firmly packed
Directions

Combine first 3 ingredients, add sugar until of a consistency to spread smoothly.
Enough for two 8-inch layers or 20 cup cakes.
