Butter Cream Frosting
|Butter/Margarine||3 Tablespoon, softened|
|Confectioners sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs), sifted|
|Milk/Heavy cream||2 Tablespoon|
|Vanilla extract||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
In a mixing bowl, cream the butter with a large spoon or an electric mixer at medium speed until light and fluffy.
Gradually beat in about half the sugar until well blended.
Beat in the milk and vanilla.
Gradually beat in the remaining sugar.
If necessary, add a few drops more milk to make the frosting more spreadable.
