Milk Chocolate Frosting
|Milk chocolate blocks||10 Ounce|
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
In double boiler, melt chocolate with butter over 1-inch simmering water, stirring constantly.
Stir in milk and salt.
Remove from heat.
Add vanilla and beat until thick and smooth.
Makes enough frosting for 9 by 13-inch cake or 14 cupcakes.
