Frosting

Ingredients
  Egg whites 2
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Cold water 5 Tablespoon
  Cream of tartar 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Put egg whites, sugar, water and cream of tartar in top of double boiler.
Cook over rapidly boiling water, beating constantly, for 7 minutes or until frosting holds its shape.
Remove from heat; add vanilla and salt.
