Princess Chocolate Frosting
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), softened|
|Powdered sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Baking chocolate||4 Ounce (unsweetened 4 sections ,)|
|Baking chocolate bar||2 Ounce (unsweetened, 4 sections)|
Cream butter with sugar and vanilla.
Add egg yolks one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Beat until very fluffy.
Melt chocolate according to package directions.
Add to creamed mixture; beat on high speed until thick.
Spread over top and sides of Telegraph Hill Chocolate Cake.
Chill to firm frosting.
