Chocolate Orange Frosting

Ingredients
  Orange rind 2 Teaspoon, grated
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs), sifted, firmly packed
  Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs) (sifted, packed firmly)
  Chocolate square 1 1⁄2 Ounce, melted (unsweetened)
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Orange juice 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine orange rind and butter, and cream until smooth and soft.
Add about half the sugar gradually, blending well.
Then add cooled melted chocolate and salt, and mix thoroughly.
Add remaining sugar alternately with orange juice to produce a smooth spreading consistency.
Spread on cake.
Makes enough for two 8-inch layers or about 2 dozen cup cakes.
