Low Calorie Fudge Frosting
|Low calorie whipped topping mix||2 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package Of Two 1 1/4 Ounce Envelopes)|
|Cold water||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Instant chocolate pudding||4 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Granulated sweetener/Liquid no-calorie sweetener||8 Tablespoon (Zero Calorie Sweetener)|
|Instant coffee powder/Instant coffee crystals||1 Teaspoon|
1. Combine topping mix, water, vanilla, instant pudding, salt, your favorite no-calorie sweetener, using equivalent of 12 teaspoons (1/4 cup) sugar, and instant coffee in small bowl of electric mixer.
2. Beat at high speed 2 minutes, or until mixture thickens and holds firm peaks. Frost cake and chill until serving time. Makes enough to fill and frost the top of a 9-inch layer cake. Adds 56 calories to each slice of a 16-serving cake.
