Tomato Frost

Ingredients
  Tomato juice 5 Cup (80 tbs)
  Celery stalks 2
  Chopped onion 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Fresh lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Grated lemon rind 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Curry powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salad dressing/Mayonnaise 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Sour cream 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Heat 2 cups tomato juice with celery, onion, salt, lemon juice and rind, sugar, pepper, and curry powder.
Bring to boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
Strain mixture.
Add salad dressing, beating with a rotary egg beater until very smooth.
Stir in remaining tomato juice.
Pour mixture into two ice-cube trays and freeze until firm.
Scrape out portions to look like pink snow.
