Ingredients
  Egg white 1
  Cold water 6 Teaspoon (3 Dessertspoon)
  Sugar 7 Ounce
  Cream of tartar 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Vanilla 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Melted chocolate 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Whisk all ingredients except vanilla in a basin over hot water for about 7 minutes until mixture stands in peaks then add vanilla.
Dribble a little melted chocolate over the top.
