Quick Chocolate Butter Frosting

Ingredients
  Semi-sweet chocolate morsels 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dark rum 2 Tablespoon
  Butter 6 Tablespoon, softened (1/4 Cup Plus 2 Tablespoon)
Directions

Combine chocolate and rum in top of a double boiler; bring water to a boil.
Reduce heat to low; cook until chocolate melts.
Remove from heat.
Add butter, 1 tablespoon at a time, beating at high speed of an electric mixer until blended.
Place mixture over cold water; beat until spreading consistency.
(Frosting will lighten in color.)
