Creamy Whipped Frosting
|Sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
In small mixer bowl, combine sugar and flour.
Stir in milk.
Cook uncovered, 3 minutes or until mixture thickens and boils, stirring occasionally.
Place butter on top to soften.
Refrigerate about 1 hour or until cool.
Add vanilla and beat with mixer at high speed until light and fluffy.
