7 Minute Fat Free Frosting
|Sugar/1/2 cup sugar + 6 packets sweet 'n low||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Cream of tartar||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Lite salt||1 Dash|
|Egg whites||2 , unbeaten|
Combine sugar, water, cream of tartar, and salt in a saucepan.
Bring to boiling, stirring until sugar dissolves.
Very slowly add sugar syrup and vanilla to the egg whites in a bowl.
Beat constantly with a hand mixer until stiff peaks form, about 7 minutes.
