Marshmallow Frosting

Ingredients
  Egg whites 2
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Cream of tartar 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Light corn syrup 1 Tablespoon
  Water 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Miniature marshmallows 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Directions

Combine egg whites, sugar, cream of tartar, corn syrup and water in top of double boiler.
Blend 1 minute on low speed with electric mixer.
Place over boiling water; beat on high speed until stiff peaks form, about 7 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Add marshmallows; beat until frosting is spreading consistency.
