Frost N Bake Cookies

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1 Cup (16 tbs), softened
  Coconut almond frosting mix 8 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Package)
  Vanilla extract 2 Teaspoon
  Rum extract 1 Teaspoon
  Coconut extract 1 Teaspoon
  All purpose flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Seedless raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Fudge frosting 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Pecan halves 1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)
Directions

Cream butter, frosting mix, and flavorings.
Blend in flour, raisins, and salt: mix well until a soft dough forms.
Shape into 1-inch balls.
Place 1 1/2 inches apart on un-greased cookie sheets.
Flatten with fork.
Spread 1 teaspoon Fudge Frosting on each cookie.
Top with a pecan half.
Bake at 300 ° for 15 to 18 minutes, or until edges are lightly browned.
If desired, dip slightly cooled cookies in powdered sugar.
