Frost N Bake Cookies
|Butter/Margarine||1 Cup (16 tbs), softened|
|Coconut almond frosting mix||8 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Vanilla extract||2 Teaspoon|
|Rum extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Coconut extract||1 Teaspoon|
|All purpose flour||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Seedless raisins||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Fudge frosting||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
|Pecan halves||1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)|
Cream butter, frosting mix, and flavorings.
Blend in flour, raisins, and salt: mix well until a soft dough forms.
Shape into 1-inch balls.
Place 1 1/2 inches apart on un-greased cookie sheets.
Flatten with fork.
Spread 1 teaspoon Fudge Frosting on each cookie.
Top with a pecan half.
Bake at 300 ° for 15 to 18 minutes, or until edges are lightly browned.
If desired, dip slightly cooled cookies in powdered sugar.
