Pam's Famous Cut Out Sugar Cookies With Cream Cheese Frosting

  Fluffy white 18 Ounce (Betty Crocker, 1 Box)
  Powdered sugar/1/2 cup sugar+ 6 packets sweet' n low 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 2 Teaspoon
  Almond extract 1 Teaspoon
  Evaporated skim milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Egg beaters 2
  Low fat margarine 4 Tablespoon (Country Morning Blend Light)
  Self rising flour 3 Cup (48 tbs) (Extra Flour To Roll Out Dough)

Cream together frosting mix, powdered sugar, low-fat margarine, almond, vanilla, and skim milk with an electric mixer.
Add 1/2 cup Egg Beaters and continue to blend.
Stir in 3 cups self-rising flour.
Place the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Roll the dough out on a floured surface and cut into the desired shapes.
Place on a cookie sheet that has been sprayed with Wesson Light cooking spray.
Bake at 375 F.7-8 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool on a wire rack.
Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting (about 1 tsp. frosting per cookie).
