Coconut Pecan Frosting

Ingredients
  Light cream/Milk / half and half 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Honey 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), warmed
  Egg yolks 3 , lightly beaten
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Grated unsweetened coconut 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)
  Chopped pecans 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Combine milk, honey, egg yolks, butter, and vanilla in a saucepan.
Stir over low heat until thickened, about 12 minutes.
Remove from heat and beat until cool and thick enough to spread.
Stir in coconut and nuts.
