Uncooked Honey Frosting

Ingredients
  Egg white 1
  Salt 1⁄10 Teaspoon
  Warm honey 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Pure almond extract 1⁄3 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Using a rotary beater, beat the egg white with the salt until peaks form. While still beating, add the honey in a slow constant stream.
2. Add the almond extract and continue to beat until mixture is thick and fluffy.
