Uncooked Honey Frosting
|Warm honey||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Pure almond extract||1⁄3 Teaspoon|
1. Using a rotary beater, beat the egg white with the salt until peaks form. While still beating, add the honey in a slow constant stream.
2. Add the almond extract and continue to beat until mixture is thick and fluffy.
