Three Way Cream Cheese Frosting
|Cream cheese||3 Ounce, softened|
|Butter/Margarine||1 Tablespoon, softened|
|Orange peel/1 teaspoon vanilla or 1 1-ounce square unsweetened chocolate , melted and cooled||1 Teaspoon, finely shredded|
|Powdered sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs) (sifted)|
Combine cream cheese, butter, and orange peel or vanilla or chocolate.
Beat at low speed of electric mixer till light and fluffy.
Gradually add powdered sugar, beating till fluffy.
If necessary, add a little liquid (2 teaspoons milk or 1/2 teaspoon orange juice) to make of spreading consistency.
Frosts a one-layer cake.
