Jelly Frosting

Ingredients
  Juice jelly 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg whites 2
  Granulated sugar replacement 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine juice jelly, egg whites and sugar replacement in top of double boiler; place over boiling water.
Beat constantly until mixture thickens and holds stiff peaks.
Remove from boiling water; continue to beat until smooth and of spreading consistency.
